free hand delivery is included for addresses within queens, brooklyn, manhattan, and nassau county. if you are outside our primary delivery zone, you are only able to pick up your order.

our delivery team leaves your stems in a safe, shaded spot near your doorstep. we recommend bringing them inside and putting them in fresh water as soon as possible.

deliveries are made on weekends during two fixed windows each month: mid-month (around the 15th) and end-of-month (around the last weekend of the month).

you can manage your delivery schedule by emailing us at askrumaani@gmail.com.
