flowers are a fleeting luxury — every stem opens, changes, and fades at its own gentle pace. while no bloom is meant to last forever, a little tender care allows them to linger.
to slow down time, keep their vessel filled with cool, clean water, replacing any murky water as needed to keep bacteria at bay. give the stems a fresh angled trim every couple of days, and strip away any foliage that falls below the waterline. position your arrangement somewhere cool and shaded, well away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and harsh drafts. as the days pass, remove wilting stems so the rest may flourish a little longer.

our photographers
residential deliveries:
we personally deliver your flowers or use courier services. drivers will knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. if no one answers within five minutes, we will leave your flowers in a secure spot by the front door. we take every precaution to leave your flowers in a safe place, but we aren't responsible for theft, bad weather, or conditions beyond our control.
apartments, condos, & offices:
depending on your building's policy, flowers will be left with the front desk or in front of your door.
delivery issues:
we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. if an initial attempt fails due to incorrect info, an additional fee will be charged to re-route or re-attempt the delivery.

fresh florals are living art: fragile by nature and demanding of care. treat them right, and they’ll thrive. because their lifespan depends heavily on their environment once they leave our studio, we cannot be held responsible for premature wilting caused by improper care, harsh direct sunlight, lack of water, or neglect.
every piece is crafted dynamically using whatever is rarest, freshest, and most compelling in the market that week. because we prioritize creative freedom and seasonal availability, we do not offer replacements or returns based on color or flower preferences.
